Our Classes
We aim to provide a variety of class styles to meet your needs depending on what you’re craving. We’ll open with our signature vinyasa flow and restorative yoga classes and expand our class types as our community grows.
Vinyasa Flow

Elevate your yoga journey with our invigorating hot vinyasa flow, a heated yoga class tailored for practitioners of all levels. This power yoga session will progressively build towards a steady, breath pace flow that challenges and energizes your body and mind.
Our experienced teachers guide you through an intentionally crafted sequence, combining traditional yoga poses with modern fitness modalities. As the heat intensifies, you'll build strength, hone your focus, and improve balance while showing yourself just how much you are capable of.
By the end of this transformative session, you'll feel sweaty, strong, and completely rejuvenated. The combination of dynamic movement, controlled breathing, and heat therapy leaves you with a sense of accomplishment and a clearer mind.

Vin75
This 75 minute heated yoga class combines dynamic movement with deep stretching, perfect for both beginners and advanced yogis.
Enjoy extra time for grounding poses at the beginning and end of your practice. As time allows, teachers may incorporate guided meditation and breathwork techniques to reduce stress and increase focus.
Class intensity will ebb and flow as you work your way toward rest and release in savasana.
Restorative Yoga

Take a pause with this gentle, restorative class designed to help you reset both physically and mentally. Through long-held, supportive poses, breath work and meditation practices, we’ll guide you in releasing tight muscles and deep-seated tension throughout the body. With the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll be fully supported as you sink into each posture, fostering deep relaxation and opening.
This class is perfect for those looking to slow down, reset, and cultivate a sense of ease and renewal in both body and mind. This Sunday reset will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to take on the week ahead.

Slow Flow to Restore
This class is a combination of our slow flow and restorative classes. You’ll begin with a grounding vinyasa flow before moving to deeper stretches and release. This is the perfect unwind after a long day by using the vinyasa portion to move stuck energy before allowing yourself to soften and let go.

Our practice space will have infrared heating panels, natural light, and mirrorless walls. Designed with the intention of helping our community connect to how they feel instead of how they look in a grounding environment. Class will have music, but it won't be so loud that it drowns out your thoughts. Class capacity is 40 - so there is plenty of space for everyone!

The lobby has multiple seating areas and cubbies to provide space to relax and conveniently store your belongings. Showers are stocked and towels are provided. We also have a vanity area with mirrors, blow dryers, and a few basic toiletry items for you to use after class.

Yoga mats, mat towels, blocks, bolsters, and straps are available to use. Yoga mats and accompanying mat towels may have a small rental fee depending on your membership level.
