Our Classes

We aim to provide a variety of class styles to meet your needs depending on what you’re craving. Read the descriptions below and sign up for a class that meets you where you’re at.

Vinyasa Flow

95° | 60 min

This power vinyasa session will progressively build towards a steady, breath pace flow that challenges and energizes your body and mind.

In each of our vinyasa classes at Homebody we build repetition into the flow so you can find your rhythm as class progresses. Each teacher keeps the same sequence for a few weeks so you have the chance to come back, refine, and repeat to really master the moves before we move onto something new.

All levels welcome! The room will be heated to 95 degrees.

95° | 75 min

Vin75

Similar to our signature 60 minute class with an additional 15 minutes for extra decompress time. How the time is used will vary by teacher but you can expect things like meditation, breath work, and a longer savasana to help you drop into your deepest relax mode.

Slow Power

85° | 60 min

A blend of strength and stability. You’ll build endurance through longer holds, allowing you time to fine tune each posture. Ideal for anyone looking for a physically challenging class without the breath pace and hot room found in our vinyasa class format.

Ground & Restore

You’ll begin with a grounding flow before moving to deeper stretches and release. This is the perfect unwind after a long day. The flow portion moves stuck energy before allowing softening into longer holds.

Room will be cooled to around 75 degrees. Layers are encouraged so you can stay comfortable as you settle into rest.

Restorative Yoga

75° | 75 min

Take a pause with this gentle, restorative class designed to help you reset both physically and mentally. Through long-held, supportive poses, breath work and meditation practices, we’ll guide you in releasing tight muscles and deep-seated tension throughout the body. With the use of props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks, you’ll be fully supported as you sink into each posture, fostering deep relaxation and opening.

This class is perfect for those looking to slow down, reset, and cultivate a sense of ease and renewal in both body and mind. This Sunday reset will leave you feeling refreshed, restored, and ready to take on the week ahead.

This room is around 78 degrees for this class. Layers are recommended so you can stay comfortable as your body relaxes.
